8 ozground pork

1/2 cbean sprouts

1/2 cthinly sliced carrots

3 sprigthai basil

fresh lime for squeezing
How To Make tom yum noodles

1Add the sesame oil to a large wok or skillet. Add the ground pork and tom yum paste and mix well. Add the saki, carrots, garlic and fish sauce. Cook until meat is no longer pink and most of the moisture has evaporated.

2Meanwhile cook the noodles according to package directions. Drain and add to pan and stir fry with the pork. Add the bean sprouts. Stir fry one more minute.

3Serve with Thai basil, nuts and lime squeeze on top
