After completing the LOGAN Sandwich Challenge and seeing Lynn's Yummy Naan sammie, it got the creative juices flowing and I was inspired to make a sandwich using the letters of my last name; hence, The RATHBUN was born. R = Rosemary A = Asiago T = Thyme H = Ham B = Butter U = Ube (Purple yam) N = Naan Hope you enjoy! It is sweet and savory all in one. Ube is a purple yam grown in the Philippines. It usually can be found in your local Asian market and at some regular grocery store chains.
