Ingredients For the rib

  • 3 lb
    pork rib
  • 1 tsp
    curry powder
  • 2 Tbsp
    sesame oil
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 4 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 1/2
    medium onion
  • 2
    garlic cloves

How To Make the rib

    Grate onion and garlic cloves.

    In a large Ziploc or plastic bag, combine all ingredients except pork ribs. Shake it up to blend well. Then put pork ribs into the Ziploc and rub on pork ribs. Refrigerate for half day.

    Bake at 400 degrees F for about 35 minutes.
