Even the pickiest eater will enjoy this. My daughter is one of those. She said this is the best pork chop that I have ever made. And my husband, who does not like new things, enjoyed this meal. And I was trying to find a recipe that didn't have anything creamy in it. This us because my daughter is lactose intolerant, I couldn't find anything. So I threw this together and it turned out better than I thought it would.
