Ingredients For thai basil pork

  • 1 lb
    pork cut into thin strips
  • 6 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1
    fresh red chili sliced
  • 1/4 c
    chicken stock
  • 1 lg
    egg
  • 4
    scallions sliced
  • 1/2 c
    fresh thai basil chopped
  • oil for stir frying
  • SAUCE
  • 2 Tbsp
    oyster sauce
  • 3 Tbsp
    golden mountain seasoning sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    fish sauce
  • 1 tsp
    dark soy sauce
  • 1/4 c
    brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    fresh lime juice

How To Make thai basil pork

  • 1
    Combine all the sauce ingredients together and set aside. Add the oil to a Wok or skillet. Stir fry the garlic and chilies for 30 seconds. Add the pork and stir fry for about 5 minutes. Push to the side and add the egg and scramble it and then incorporate into the rest of the ingredients. Add the chicken stock, and sauce reduce heat and simmer 2 to 3 minutes.

    Add the green onions and basil. Simmer another 2 minutes. Serve with rice
