1fresh red chili sliced

3 Tbspgolden mountain seasoning sauce

1 tspdark soy sauce

1/4 cbrown sugar

How To Make thai basil pork

1Combine all the sauce ingredients together and set aside. Add the oil to a Wok or skillet. Stir fry the garlic and chilies for 30 seconds. Add the pork and stir fry for about 5 minutes. Push to the side and add the egg and scramble it and then incorporate into the rest of the ingredients. Add the chicken stock, and sauce reduce heat and simmer 2 to 3 minutes.

2Add the green onions and basil. Simmer another 2 minutes. Serve with rice
