Ingredients For tex-mex chops

    boneless pork chops
  • 1 Tbsp
    vegetable oil
  • 1 c
    salsa
  • salt and pepper, to taste

How To Make tex-mex chops

    Season pork chops to taste. In skillet, brown both sides of chops in oil.

    Add salsa and lower heat. Simmer 30 minutes or until chops are thoroughly cooked.
