3 lbboneless pork roast

8 ozcan tomato sauce

3/4 csoy sauce

1/2 csugar

2 tspmustard, ground
How To Make tender pork roast

1Cut roast in half, place in a 5 quart slow cooker.

2Combine remaining ingredients; pour over roast.

3Cover and cook on low for 8-9 hours or until a meat thermometer reads 160-170 degrees.

4Remove roast to a serving platter and keep warm.

5If desired, skim fat from pan juices and thicken for gravy.
