Ingredients For tangy orange pork chops

  • 1
    12 oz jar low-sugar orange marmalade
  • 1/4 c
    orange juice
  • 3 Tbsp
    dijon style mustard
  • 1/4 c
    flour
  • 1/4 tsp
    each, salt and pepper
  • 4
    pork loin chops
  • 2 Tbsp
    canola oil

How To Make tangy orange pork chops

    In bowl, combine marmalade, orange juice, mustard. Mix well. In shallow bowl, combine flour, salt and pepper.

    Coat each pork chop w/ flour mix. Heat oil in lg skillet, over med-high heat. Brown chops about 4 mins per side. Reduce heat to low.

    Pour orange sauce over chops. Cover and simmer 5 mins. Uncover and simmer for about 7 mins more, or until sauce thickens and chops are cooked through. Spoon sauce over chops.
