Ingredients For tangy orange pork chops

112 oz jar low-sugar orange marmalade

1/4 corange juice
-
3 Tbspdijon style mustard

1/4 cflour
-
1/4 tspeach, salt and pepper

4pork loin chops

2 Tbspcanola oil
How To Make tangy orange pork chops

1In bowl, combine marmalade, orange juice, mustard. Mix well. In shallow bowl, combine flour, salt and pepper.

2Coat each pork chop w/ flour mix. Heat oil in lg skillet, over med-high heat. Brown chops about 4 mins per side. Reduce heat to low.

3Pour orange sauce over chops. Cover and simmer 5 mins. Uncover and simmer for about 7 mins more, or until sauce thickens and chops are cooked through. Spoon sauce over chops.
