Ingredients For szechuan green beans and pork

1 lbground pork
-
2 tspcornstarch
-
1/4 tspsalt and white pepper

2 tspminced fresh garlic
-
2 1/2 ccooked green beans
-
2 tsppeanut oil
-
3 Tbsphoisin sauce
-
2 tspsugar
-
4 tspsoy sauce, low sodium

1 to 2 tspcrushed red pepper

cooked white rice
How To Make szechuan green beans and pork

1Combine the pork, cornstarch and salt and pepper and set aside.

2Heat 2 tsp. peanut oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the pork mixture, the green beans and the garlic and cook until the pork is no longer pink.

3Combine the hoisin sauce, sugar, soy sauce, and crushed red pepper and add to the pork mixture.

4Serve with cooked white rice.
