1 1/2 lbpork loins -- cut into chunks

2 cinstant white rice -- uncooked

1 cmushrooms -- sliced

2 mdcarrots -- chopped

1 smonion -- chopped

1 mdjalapeno pepper -- chopped

1 lgred bell pepper -- chopped

1/2 cbulls eye sweet & tangy bbq sauce

1 (15 oz) canpineapple chunks -- undrained

1 tspsalt & pepper

1 tspfive spice
How To Make sweet & tangy pork with rice

1Heat olive oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.

2Add meat; cook and stir for 2 min.

3Add carrots, peppers, mushrooms, and onions; cook 5 min. or until meat is cooked through, stirring occasionally.

4Stir in remaining ingredients.

5Bring to boil; cover. Remove from heat.

6Let it stand for 5 min.

7Fluff it with fork before serving.
