Ingredients For sweet & tangy pork with rice

  • 1 1/2 lb
    pork loins -- cut into chunks
  • 2 c
    instant white rice -- uncooked
  • 1 c
    mushrooms -- sliced
  • 2 md
    carrots -- chopped
  • 1 sm
    onion -- chopped
  • 1 md
    jalapeno pepper -- chopped
  • 1 lg
    red bell pepper -- chopped
  • 1/2 c
    bulls eye sweet & tangy bbq sauce
  • 1 (15 oz) can
    pineapple chunks -- undrained
  • 1 tsp
    salt & pepper
  • 1 tsp
    five spice

How To Make sweet & tangy pork with rice

    Heat olive oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.

    Add meat; cook and stir for 2 min.

    Add carrots, peppers, mushrooms, and onions; cook 5 min. or until meat is cooked through, stirring occasionally.

    Stir in remaining ingredients.

    Bring to boil; cover. Remove from heat.

    Let it stand for 5 min.
