1 Tbspvegetable oil

2 Tbspbutter

1 mdonion, diced

1/2 capple cider vinegar

2/3 cbrown sugar

1/3 cyellow mustard

2/3 cketchup
How To Make sweet & sour pork chops

1In a large skillet, place the vegetable oil. Brown the pork chops until the meat is no longer pink.

2In a separate pan, saute the onion and butter until the onion is transparent. Add the vinegar, sugar, mustard, and ketchup. Simmer to blend the flavors.

3Pour the sauce over the pork chops. Cover and continue cooking for about 20 minutes.

4Serve with rice.
