So easy, so classic, so delicious! This is one of those pork chop dinner recipes to keep handy when you're not sure what's for dinner. The sauce is sweet, sour, and full of tangy goodness and soaks into the tender boneless pork chops.

Ingredients For sweet & sour pork chops

  • 4 - 6
    boneless pork chops
  • 1 Tbsp
    vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1 md
    onion, diced
  • 1/2 c
    apple cider vinegar
  • 2/3 c
    brown sugar
  • 1/3 c
    yellow mustard
  • 2/3 c
    ketchup

How To Make sweet & sour pork chops

  • Browning boneless pork chops.

    In a large skillet, place the vegetable oil. Brown the pork chops until the meat is no longer pink.
  • Sauteed onions in a saucepan with vinegar, sugar, mustard, and ketchup.

    In a separate pan, saute the onion and butter until the onion is transparent. Add the vinegar, sugar, mustard, and ketchup. Simmer to blend the flavors.
  • Sauce poured over the pork chops while they cook.

    Pour the sauce over the pork chops. Cover and continue cooking for about 20 minutes.
  • Juicy piece of Sweet and Sour Pork Chops.
