My husband had gastric bypass so I had to come up with new ways to cook, that had less than 5 grams of fat and 12 grams of sugar or less. This worked really good with his diet. He lost 100 lbs. in 8 months. Our family and friends have all loved this dish. I hope you all enjoy it

Ingredients For sweet-n-spicy teriyaki kelibasa with rice

1 pkgpolaska kielbasa (low fat)

3 mdmedium onions (sweet onions)

1 canpineapple chunks in 100% pineapple juice

1 to 2cayenne peppers
-
3 clovegarlic
-
1/4 cteriyaki sauce

1 to 2 tspseason salt
-
1 to 2 tsppepper (to taste)

1 crice (cook according to directions)

2 to 3tomatoes (sliced)( i use yellow and red tomatoes for color)
How To Make sweet-n-spicy teriyaki kelibasa with rice

1Things you will need 1 Large Skillet w/Lid Knife and Cutting Board Rice Cooker or pan to cook rice Large Severing Plate

2Prep Work Slice Kielbasa in angle about 1/4 inch thick, set aside. Cut onions in half and slice kinda thin but not too thin, separate Dice Cayenne Peppers (seed to cut heat) Dice Garlic Cloves

3Cooking In Large Skillet add all onions on the bottom, add season salt, pepper, and garlic. Then layer Kelibasa on top of onions leave a space in the center to add Cayenne Peppers. Add Can of Pineapple Chunks and juice, the 1/4 cup Teriyaki sauce, add the Cayenne peppers to the middle and cover. Cook on medium heat for 30 minutes then stir lightly. Cook additional 5 mins. No cooking oil is required in this dish

4Severing Place Rice on Large severing Platter, then add the Sweet-n-Spicy Teriyaki Kielbasa, place tomatoes slices around the edge and serve.
