1/3 ccider vinegar

1/4 cbrown sugar

2 Tbspreduced sodium soy sauce

1 Tbspworcestershire sauce

1 Tbspcornstarch

2 Tbspcold water
How To Make sweet and sour pork chops

1Sprinkle pepper on pork chops in a large non-stick skillet coated with cooking spray;cook pork over medium heat for 4-6 minutes on each side or until lightly browned....remove from heat and keep warm.

2Add the water(1/2C),vinegar,brown sugar,soy sauce & worcestershire sauce to the skillet;stir to loosen browned bits.Bring to a boil.Combine cornstarch & cold water until smooth;stir into skillet. bring to a boil;cook & stir for 2 minutes or until thickened.

3Return chops to skillet.Reduce heat;cover & simmer for 4-5 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 160.
