Ingredients For swedish sausage

  • 2 1/2 lb
    ground pork butt, do not trim fat
  • 1/2 lb
    ground chuck
  • 6
    raw potatoes, ground
  • 1
    medium onion, chopped very fine
  • 4 tsp
    fine sea salt
  • 1 tsp
    freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp
    ground allspice
  • 1 c
    scalded milk-cooled

How To Make swedish sausage

  • 1
    Mix all ingredients together. Stuff washed castings.
  • 2
    Boil in salted water for 45 mintues and prick each one a few time so they don't burst.

    Lift them out. Wrap twice in freezer paper. Freeze.
