This is such an easy and fairly quick recipe to make. Using a store bought spaghetti sauce saves on time. Most times that I make it, I freeze 1/2 of the recipe to have another night.

Ingredients For stuffed shells

1 pkglarge pasta shells, cooked and cooled

16 ozricotta cheese
-
16 ozshredded mozzarella cheese
-
2eggs
-
1 jarfavorite spaghetti sauce
-
1 pkgitalian sausage, cooked and drained

parmesan cheese
How To Make stuffed shells

1Combine ricotta cheese, 8 oz. mozzarella cheese and eggs together. Mix well.Spoon cheese mixture into the cooked pasta shells. Place in greased 9 X 13 pan. Top with remaining cheese. Sprinkle cooked Italian sausage over the cheese. Top with spaghetti sauce. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over sauce. Bake covered with foil for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.Uncover and cook the remaining 15 minutes.
