Ingredients For stuffed pasta shells

2 cricotta
-
16 ozparmesan
-
16 ozmozzarella
-
1 lbfrozen spinach (thawed)

1 lbground beef
-
3/4 lbitalian sausage, sweet

1 lgonion
-
1 tspitalian seasoning
-
1/2 tspbasil
-
2 lgeggs
-
1 lgbox large or extra large pasta shells

1 lgspaghetti sauce
How To Make stuffed pasta shells

1Bring water and salt to boil and add pasta shells. Cook to desired tenderness

2Brown groundbeef, italian sausage and onion chopping as you cook. Drain and let cool

3combine ricotta, parmesan, and mozzarella and mix together (Using hands in the easiest way to combine)

4drain spinach and add to cheese mixture

5Add egg to the cheese and spiniach mixing untill well combined
-
6add cooled meat mixture (ensure meat is cooled so as not to melt the cheese) and mix until well combined
-
7in a baking dish add enough spaghetti sauce to cover bottom of dish
-
8using a spoon fill each shell with cheese and meat mixture arranging in a single layer in baking dish

9Pour remaining spaghetti sauce over the stuffed shells and cover in a layer of mozarella or italian cheese

10Back at 350 for one hour until cheese is melted and bubbley
