I tried pork w/ different dressings and this is one of my favorites. I served w/ a small caeser salad.

Ingredients For stuffed caeser pork chops

  • 1
    6 oz pkg pork stuffing
  • 1/2 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp
    chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 4
    1"-thick pork loin chops
  • 1/2 tsp
    each salt & pepper
  • 1/3 c
    light caeser salad dressing, the creamy kind.

How To Make stuffed caeser pork chops

  • 1
    Heat oven to 350. Spray a 9" x 13" baking dish w/ cooking spray. Prapare stuffing as directed, stirring in parmesan cheese, parsley and garlic powder.

    Cut a deep pocket in each pork chop. Season w/ salt and pepper. Stuff each pocket w/ about 1/2 cup stuffing.

    Place chops in baking dish, standing up Brush chops generously w/ dressing, on all sides. Bake 30 mins, or until cooked through.
