Love this recipe on a cold winter day! The house smells amazing and the pork tenderloin is a wonderful alternative in place of a ground meat.

Ingredients For spicy pork chili

  • 1 1/2 lb
    pork tenderloin, cubed
  • 1 lg
    onions, diced
  • 4
    celery ribs, diced
  • 6 can
    15 1/2 oz. great northern beans, drained and rinsed
  • 4 can
    14 1/2 oz. chicken broth
  • 2 c
    water
  • 2
    seeded and diced jalapenos or substitute green chilies
  • 2 tsp
    good quality chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    white pepper,cayene, ground cumin, salt and black pepper
  • 2
    garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp
    fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp
    hot pepper sauce, optional
  • 1 c
    shredded monterey jack cheese
  • 3 Tbsp
    butter

How To Make spicy pork chili

    In a dutch oven cook pork, onions, celery in butter until meat is browned. Stir in beans, broth, water peppers and spices add hot sauce if desired.

    Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 1/2 hours.

    Uncover simmer 30-40 mins. longer or until chili reaches desired consistency. Serve and sprinkle with cheese.
