Ingredients For spicy pork chili

1 1/2 lbpork tenderloin, cubed

1 lgonions, diced
-
4celery ribs, diced
-
6 can15 1/2 oz. great northern beans, drained and rinsed

4 can14 1/2 oz. chicken broth
-
2 cwater
-
2seeded and diced jalapenos or substitute green chilies
-
2 tspgood quality chili powder
-
1/2 tspwhite pepper,cayene, ground cumin, salt and black pepper

2garlic cloves, minced
-
1 tspfresh parsley, chopped
-
1/4 tsphot pepper sauce, optional
-
1 cshredded monterey jack cheese

3 Tbspbutter
How To Make spicy pork chili

1In a dutch oven cook pork, onions, celery in butter until meat is browned. Stir in beans, broth, water peppers and spices add hot sauce if desired.

2Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 1/2 hours.

3Uncover simmer 30-40 mins. longer or until chili reaches desired consistency. Serve and sprinkle with cheese.
