Ingredients For spicy maple-glazed pork

1 tspchili powder

1/2 tspsalt

1/8 tspchipotle pepper

1 lbpork tenderloin, trimmed, cut crosswise into 1"-slices

2 tspcanola oil

1/4 capple cider

1 Tbsppure maple syrup

1 tspcider vinegar
How To Make spicy maple-glazed pork

1In small bowl, mix together chili powder, salt and chipotle pepper. Sprinkle over both sides of pork. Heatoil in lg skillet over med-high heat.

2Add pork slices to skillet. Cook 2-4 mins per side. Add cider, syrup and vinegar. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium. Cook pork, turning pork a couple of times to coat.

3Cook until sauce is a thick glaze. Serve pork drizzled w/ sauce.
