Ingredients For spicy grilled peaches & proscuitto salad plate

  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil, clementine
  • 2 pinch
    habanero sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    course black pepper
  • 2 lg
    peaches, ¼" slices
  • VINAIGRETTE
  • 4 Tbsp
    olive oil, clementine
  • 1 tsp
    juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp
    sugar or 1 paket of truvia
  • 1-2 pinch
    salt
  • OTHER SALAD FIXIN'S
  • 4 oz
    mache rosettes
  • 1/4 sm
    red onion, sliced thin
  • 4 oz
    proscuitto slices, thin & torn
  • 2 oz
    herb goat cheese

How To Make spicy grilled peaches & proscuitto salad plate

    Add olive, salt and pepper to peaches. Mix.

    Grill peach slices in a large heated grill pan for 2-3 mintes on each side until you have golden grill marks. Remove from pan.

    Meanwhile, whisk vinaigrette ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Toss mache and red onion ingredients in a medium mixing bowl. On each salad plate, add mache rosettes, red onion, peaches, proscuitto and goat cheese crumbles. Drizzle with vinaigrette
