2 Tbspolive oil, clementine

2 pinchhabanero sea salt

1/2 tspcourse black pepper

2 lgpeaches, ¼" slices
- VINAIGRETTE

4 Tbspolive oil, clementine

1 tspjuice of 1 lemon

1 tspsugar or 1 paket of truvia
-
1-2 pinchsalt
- OTHER SALAD FIXIN'S

4 ozmache rosettes
-
1/4 smred onion, sliced thin

4 ozproscuitto slices, thin & torn

2 ozherb goat cheese
How To Make spicy grilled peaches & proscuitto salad plate

1Add olive, salt and pepper to peaches. Mix.

2Grill peach slices in a large heated grill pan for 2-3 mintes on each side until you have golden grill marks. Remove from pan.

3Meanwhile, whisk vinaigrette ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Toss mache and red onion ingredients in a medium mixing bowl. On each salad plate, add mache rosettes, red onion, peaches, proscuitto and goat cheese crumbles. Drizzle with vinaigrette
