This salad was an accident in the works. All of these ingredients worked really well together so I keep making it. The sweetness from the apples, the smoky maple bacon and tartness from the cranberries are a great combo!

How To Make broccoli and apple bacon salad

  • 1
Whisk garlic, mayo, sour cream, vinegar and sugar in a bowl. Add broccoli, apple, onions, bacon, cranberries and pepper. Stir to coat with dressing. Refrigerate until serving. Add almonds and toss.
Note: If you find that the dressing is too thick for you, add some milk or a squeeze of fresh lemon juice which would also help with the apples turning brownish.
