Ingredients For spiced mango chutney pork loin/chops

2 jarmango chutney
-
2 tspcinnamon
-
1 tspground allspice

3/4 tspsalt (kosher is great)

1 lgpork loin sliced to your desired thickness (boneless chops work great as well)

1 canchicken broth
How To Make spiced mango chutney pork loin/chops

1Spray the pan with nonstick cooking spray heat to medium/High. (use Olive Oil if you'd like)

2Mix your seasoning in a bowl (allspice, cinn and salt) -Rub each chop thoroughly with spices

3Place in heated pan to sear (1 minute each side)

4Place chops in the slow cooker-cover with Chicken broth

5Let chops cook for 3-4 hours-in the last hour ADD the jars of Chutney to the cooker

6Serve with rice or Egg noodles
