Ingredients For spiced mango chutney pork loin/chops

  • 2 jar
    mango chutney
  • 2 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1 tsp
    ground allspice
  • 3/4 tsp
    salt (kosher is great)
  • 1 lg
    pork loin sliced to your desired thickness (boneless chops work great as well)
  • 1 can
    chicken broth

How To Make spiced mango chutney pork loin/chops

    Spray the pan with nonstick cooking spray heat to medium/High. (use Olive Oil if you'd like)
  • 2
    Mix your seasoning in a bowl (allspice, cinn and salt) -Rub each chop thoroughly with spices
  • 3
    Place in heated pan to sear (1 minute each side)
  • 4
    Place chops in the slow cooker-cover with Chicken broth
  • 5
    Let chops cook for 3-4 hours-in the last hour ADD the jars of Chutney to the cooker
  • 6
    Serve with rice or Egg noodles
