Ingredients For spice rubbed pork tenderloin

1/2 tspground cumin

1/2 tsppaprika

1/2 tspgarlic powder

1/2 tsponion powder

1/2 tspchili powder

1/2 tspbrown sugar

1/2 tspsalt

1/8 tspcayenne pepper

1/8 tspground black pepper

1pork tenderloin (1 lb.)

How To Make spice rubbed pork tenderloin

1Prehat oven to 400F. Mix all ingredients, except pork and oil, in a small bowl.

2Lay pork tenderloin on a cutting board and coat with spice mix on all sides.

3Heat oil over medium-high heat in a 10-inch cast iron skillet (or other oven-proof skillet). Using tongs, place pork in pan and sear on one side for 3 minutes. Turn meat over on sear another minute.

4Place pan in preheated oven and roast for 10-15 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 135-140 degrees (use instant-read thermometer).

5Remove pork from pan and let rest on cutting board for a few minutes. Slice and serve.
