I happen to love spam. I made this sammich around 2 am one morning. This fried yumminess hit the spot. After eating this forbidden goodness, I laid down and slept like a baby. Try spam and you might find yourself saying "Spam I Am". Happy Sammie Making! sw:)

Ingredients For spam i am

  • 2 can
    spam, sliced 1/4 inch thick
  • 4 oz
    romaine lettuce, shredded
  • 2 md
    vine-ripened tomatoes, sliced
  • 8 slice
    good american yellow cheese
  • 1/4 c
    real mayonaisse
  • 4
    potato buns, sliced
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To Make spam i am

    In a large frying pan, fry spam until nice and crispy. Flip add sliced cheese. Fry until cheese begins to melt.

    In that same frying pan, toast your buns until golden brown
  • 3
    Build you sammich: on the bottom half of bun, slather mayo, add lettuce, tomatoes, sprinke a lil' salt and pepper, spam w/cheese and top the goodness with the top bun and enjoy!
