Ingredients For janet's spaghetti with cheese --ham sauce

1 Tbspbutter
-
1/2 cfinely chopped onion

1 mdgarlic clove crushed

1/2 lbcooked ham, cut into julienne strips

1 canchedder cheese soup
-
1 cmilk
-
1/2 cdark seedless raisins
-
1/2 tspchili powder
-
1 Tbspsalt
-
3 qtboiling water
-
1--8 ozpackage spaghitti
How To Make janet's spaghetti with cheese --ham sauce

1Melt butter in a large saucepan. Add onion and garlic.

2Saute over medium heat stirring constantly for about 3 minutes or until onion is tender. Stir in ham undiluted soup, milk,raisins, and chili powder.

3Cook over low heat until hot, stirring occasionally DO NOT BOIL. Keep warm over low heat until spaghetti is cooked stir frequently.

4Add salt to rapidly boiling water add spaghetti gradually so water continues to boil. Cook stirring occasionally until tender drain in colander.

5Place spaghetti on serving plate serve sauce with spaghetti.
