1/3 csugar

2 cwater

3 lbpork spare ribs cut into pieces

How To Make soy and vinegar braised spare ribs

1Place the cider vinegar, rice vinegar, soy sauce, sugar and water together in a large Dutch oven. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer and add the ribs. Stir to coat well and cover. Simmer 1 to 1 1/2 hours until tender falling off the bone.

2With tongs remove the ribs and keep warm. Bring the heat to high and stir in the mustards. Cook until thickened a bit. Serve over ribs.
