Ingredients For southern style pork chops

2 mdpork chops, boneless

2 lgred potatoes

1/2 lgred onion
-
1/2 csalsa
-
1/2 Tbspbbq sauce

1/4 tsphot sauce
How To Make southern style pork chops

1Thaw out your porkchops, and put your pan on the stove. Put it like 3 or 4, Maybe 5 if you have a old stove. Mix Salsa, BBQ Sauce, and hot sauce in a bowl and set aside. Put porkchops in hot pan, and glaze with sauce. Save some of the sauce for later. Turn the pork chops and glaze sides. Repeat until done.

2Chop up the onions, and potatoes. Put another pan on the stove, and put oil in it, and put onion and potatoes into the other pan. Put reminder of the sauce in the with potatoes and onion. Let Cook. Take pork chops off the stove, and turn off burner. Finish the potato and onion mixer.
