Ingredients For smoked pork tenderloin

  • 2 lb
    pork tenderloin roast
  • 1/4 c
    muster
  • 3 Tbsp
    chives, dried
  • 3 Tbsp
    black pepper
  • 3 Tbsp
    dried onions
  • 3 Tbsp
    rub
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar

How To Make smoked pork tenderloin

  • 1
    Fat side up. Add muster on top of roast
  • 2
    Add chives, onion, pepper on top of muster
  • 3
    Add rub...... marinade over night.
  • 4
    Start smoker at 400F
  • 5
    Add brown sugar
  • 6
    Optional.... add pineapple rings. Use toothpick to hold

    Place on smoker.... med rare 120F med 140F internal temperature
  • 8
    Remove and rap in tinfoil for 30 minutes. Then serve
