I love Sunday, it's about the only day I get to relax and really slow smoke some good eats. This is as easy and as good as it comes.....enjoy

Ingredients For smoked ham

1fresh ham 8-10 lbs

2 lgfrozen orange juice concentrate (thawed)

3 cdark brown sugar
How To Make smoked ham

1set your smoker at 250
-
2wash the ham and put it in an aluminum pan, put it on the smoker

3mix orange juice and brown sugar together
-
4baste ham every 1 1/2 hours until it reaches 170 degrees in the thickest part away from the bone(about 7 hours) take it out of the pan and put on foil for the last hour of cooking
