7-8 lbpork butt

6garlic cloves

3bitter oranges (naranja agria) also comes bottled

2 Tbspsalt

1 lgonion, sliced

1 Tbspolive oil
How To Make slow & low shredded roast pork

1slice the garlic cloves and make slits in pork, stuff with the garlic slices.

2squeeze the bitter oranges all over, add salt

3cover and refrigerate 24 hours, place in oven, at 325 for 5 hours uncovered, basting every hour, then broil top for 5 to 10 mins until skin bubbles

4in a saute pan put olive oil and sliced onions, soften for about 5 mins.

5take pork out and let rest about 15 mins....shred with 2 forks and put in serving dish and pour the onions over it....mmmmmmm...delicious if you like add lime juice
