Ingredients For slow cooker pulled bbq

1pork shoulder roast (bone-in)

1 cbbq sauce

1/2 capple cider vinegar

1/2 cchicken broth
-
1/4 clight brown sugar
-
1 Tbspprepared yellow mustard
-
1 Tbspworcestershire sauce
-
1 Tbspchili powder
-
1 Tbspcinnamon
-
2 to 3 dashcrushed red pepper flakes
-
1 1/2 tspdried thyme
-
4 to 6 dashliquid smoke flavoring

1 lgchopped yellow onion
-
2 clovecrushed garlic
How To Make slow cooker pulled bbq

1Salt and pepper both sides of pork roast and place in crock pot with fat side up.

2Pour in BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar and chicken broth.

3Stir in brown sugar, yellow mustard, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, cinnamon, thyme, onion, garlic, crushed red pepper and liquid smoke.

4Cover and cook on low for 10 to 12 hours overnight.

5Remove roast from cooker and take out bone and fat. Shred pork using a fork.

6Strain liquid and return to cooker, stirring in pulled pork. Add additional salt, BBQ sauce and liquid smoke to desired taste.

7Cook on low for another 2 to 3 hours, allowing meat to soak up flavor.
