Ingredients For slow cooker pork tenderloin and gravy

1pork tenderloin

1 1/2 tspgarlic powder

1/2 tspground ginger
-
1 1/2 tsponion powder

1/2 tspkosher salt
-
1/2 tspdried thyme
-
1/2 tspcracked pepper
-
2 cchicken broth
-
2 Tbsplemon juice
-
2 Tbspsoy sauce
-
3 Tbspcorn starch
-
3 Tbspwater
-
2 Tbspbutter or more to brown meat
How To Make slow cooker pork tenderloin and gravy

1Combine seasons and rub on all sides of tenderloin.

2Heat butter in frying pan until melted. Next brown the meat in the butter on all sides.

3Place tenderloin into slow cooker. Combine lemon juice, chicken broth and soy sauce. Pour over tenderloin.

4Cook on low setting for 4 hours. For bigger pork loins cook on low 7-8 hours.

5When done set tenderloin to the side and keep warm. Pour juices into a sauce pan.

6Combine water and corn starch until mix completely. Heat juices on stove till hot. Whisk cornstarch mixture into juices until thick gravy appears.

7Serve tenderloin with mashed potatoes and green beans covered with the gravy. Mmm!
