This is a easy recipe to prepare. It can be served over hoggie rolls, or buns. Also can be put over buttered noodles. Enjoy!

Ingredients For slow cooker pork roast

  • 1 lg
    onion
  • 2 1/2 lb
    boneless pork roast
  • 1 c
    hot water
  • 1/4 c
    white sugar
  • 3 Tbsp
    apple cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    ketsup
  • 1/2 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 dash
    hot sauce

How To Make slow cooker pork roast

  • 1
    Spray crockpot with cooking spray. Slice onions thin, and lay in the bottom.

    Lay your roast on top of the onions.

    Mix all of the other ingredients, mix well, and pour over the meat. Cover- high 3-4 hours or low 6-8. Meat is done when it can be shredded with a fork. Let cool overnight, Remove the fat, shred, and add to the juice. Reheat, serve on buns with a good white cheese of your liking. Serve with juice. Wonderful flavor! Enjoy
