How To Make slow cooker pork carnitas

1Place all ingredients in slow cooker.Cook on low for 10 to 12 hours. Remove the bay leaves and discard. Remove the pork and shred with two forks.

2Skim as much fat off the sauce in slow cooker. Add the meat back to sauce.

3Serve the pork in taco's, burritos, or enchiladas.
