    boneless pork butt
  • 1 Tbsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    each mexican oregano and cumin
  • 1 lg
    onion diced
  • 10 clove
    garlic minced
  • 2
    limes juiced and zest
  • 2 lg
    oranges juiced
  • 1 dash
    coka a cola
  • 2
    bay leaves

How To Make slow cooker pork carnitas

  • 1
    Place all ingredients in slow cooker.Cook on low for 10 to 12 hours. Remove the bay leaves and discard. Remove the pork and shred with two forks.

    Skim as much fat off the sauce in slow cooker. Add the meat back to sauce.

    Serve the pork in taco's, burritos, or enchiladas.
