1lemon

1lime

1orange

1 pkgchicken demi glace

1/2 cchicken stock

12 clovegarlic minced

1 Tbspeach cumin and oregano

salt and pepper to taste

1 lgonion cut into slices

lime wedges for serving
How To Make slow cooker cuban pork

1Cut deep slits all over the pork and season with salt and pepper and pat into the meat. Place the pork in a slow cooker.

2Juice the lemon, lime and orange. Add the remaining ingredients except the onion. Pour over the pork. Place the onion rounds on top. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low 10 to 12 hours.

3Remove pork and shed. Place back in sauce. Serve with a lime wedge to squeeze over top
