1 tspdried thyme

2/ 7 oz pkgmixed dried fruit

1 mdred bell pepper, sliced.

1 cbbq sauce.
How To Make slow-cooked pork w/ dried fruit.

1Place pork in a 4-quart slow-cooker. Sprinkle w/ thyme.. Add dried fruit and red bell pepper. Pour BBQ sauce over all ingredients. Cover, cook on low for 4 hrs or on high for 2 hrs. Transfer pork to serving platter and spoon sauce over pork.
