Ingredients For slow-cooked pork w/ dried fruit.

    bonless pork loin chops, cut into 1"-thick chunks.
  • 1 tsp
    dried thyme
  • 2/ 7 oz pkg
    mixed dried fruit
  • 1 md
    red bell pepper, sliced.
  • 1 c
    bbq sauce.

How To Make slow-cooked pork w/ dried fruit.

    Place pork in a 4-quart slow-cooker. Sprinkle w/ thyme.. Add dried fruit and red bell pepper. Pour BBQ sauce over all ingredients. Cover, cook on low for 4 hrs or on high for 2 hrs. Transfer pork to serving platter and spoon sauce over pork.
