1/4 cpineapple juice

2 Tbspgrapeseed oil

1 tspsesame oil

1 clovegarlic, minced

6 ozpineapple chunks

salt, kosher variety, to taste

black pepper, freshly ground, to taste

8 oznoodles, or rice
How To Make simple sweet & sour pineapple pork with noodles

2THE MARINADE

3Gather your ingredients.

4Whisk all the marinade ingredients together in a small bowl.

5Add the pork to the marinade.

6Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour, or overnight.

9Remove the pork from the marinade, shake off the excess, and reserve the marinade.

10Add the two oils to a pan over medium heat.

11Add the garlic, and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

12Add the pork and stir until cooked through, about 6 to 8 minutes.

13Add the reserved marinade, and lower the heat to produce a light simmer.

14Allow the mixture to simmer, covered, for 10 minutes.

15Add the pineapple chunks, and simmer uncovered for an additional 10 minutes.

16Chef’s Note: Allow the mixture to slightly thicken.
