Blue Ribbon Recipe

An easy and flavorful way to prepare a pork roast with minimal ingredients. Onions add a ton of flavor and cook down while in the slow cooker. The roast comes out tender and juicy and literally falls apart. Perfect with mashed potatoes and a veggie for an easy family meal. It's one of those fix-it-and-forget-it slow cooker recipes.
