  • salt and pepper
  • 1 jar
    8 oz adobo sauce
  • 1 can
    12 oz coke
  • 1 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 6 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1 Tbsp
    cumin
  • 2 tsp
    chili powder
  • 1 tsp
    dry mustard
  • FOR THE CILANTRO TOMATILLO RANCH
  • 1 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 1 pkg
    ranch dressing mix
  • 2
    jalapeno peppers seeded and chopped
  • 4
    tomatillos paper skins removed and chopped
  • juice from 1 large lime
  • 2 c
    cilantro leaves
  • salt
  • flour tortillas
  • toppings of choice

How To Make shredded pork burritos w cilantro tomatillo ranch

    Add all ingredients for pork to a large slow cooker. Cook on low 8 hours. Remove pork and shred then add it back to the pot.

    To make the cilantro tomatillo ranch. Place all ingredients in a food process and process until well incorporated.
