Ingredients For shanghai noodles
- MARINADE

1/3 ceach dark soy sauce, hoisin sauce and oyster sauce

1/4 csugar

2 Tbspminced ginger

1/4 cdry sherry

1 lbpork tenderloin thinly sliced

6 clovegarlic minced

6green onions white and green parts separated.

3baby bok choy white and green parts separated

8 ozrice spaghetti noodles

1 1/2 cchicken stock

2 Tbspcornstarch

2 Tbspsweet chili sauce or sirracha sause

1 tspsesame oil

1/2 tspwhite pepper

1/4 cfresh cilantro chopped
How To Make shanghai noodles

1Mix ingredients for marinade and add sliced pork tenderloin. Let sit 30 minutes. Meanwhile cook the noodles according to directions on package. Drain.

2Heat 2 tbsp oil in large skillet. Remove pork from marinade and reserve the extra. Cook pork 1 minute flipping once. Remove pork. Add the white parts of green onions and bok choy. Saute 3 minutes.

3Add the garlic and pork back into pan. Mix together the chicken broth reserved marinade, sweet chili sauce, cornstarch sesame oil, and white pepper.

4Pour over pork mixture and add noodles to pan. Saute until warmed through. Garnish with cilantro.
