My Grandsons love shake n' bake anything so during their last visit I made them my homemade version and they loved it, gnawing them right down to the bone. Being a cancer survivor, I taught myself how to make homemade versions of this popular coating that my family enjoys.

1 1/2 cpanko breadcrumbs

1/3 cseasoned breadcrumbs

1 tspgarlic sea salt

1 tspsmoked paprika
-
1/2 tspground turmeric

1/4 tspcayenne pepper

7-8bone-in pork chops
How To Make shake n' bake pork chops

1Combine the first 6 ingredients in a ziploc bag. Fill a bowl full of water and take each chop and dip in the water then shake in the coating. Place on a greased tinfoil lined baking sheet. Let them sit for 10 minutes.

2Bake in a 400 degree oven for 15 minutes, turn the chops over and bake for 10 more minutes.
