Ingredients For sesame pork with broccoli

1 can(14 1/2 ounces) chicken broth

2 Tbspcornstarch

1 Tbspsoy sauce

4green oniond and tops, finely diced

1 lbpork tenderloin, trimmed

1 Tbspvegetable oil

2 clovegarlic, minced
-
1 1/2 lbfresh broccoli, cut into bite sized pieces, (about 7 cups)

2 Tbspsliced pimiento, drained

2 Tbspsesame seed, lightly toasted
How To Make sesame pork with broccoli

1In small bowl, combine chicken broth, cornstarch and soy sauce; blend well. Stir in green onions; set aside

2Cut pork tenderloin lengthwise into quarters; cut each quarter into bite sized pieces.

3Heat oil in wok, or heavy skillet, over med high heat. Add pork and garlic; stir-fry 3 to 4 minutes or until pork is tender. Remove pork; keep warm. Add broccoli and broth mixture to the wok or pan. Cover and simmer over low heat 8 minutes. Add cooked pork and pimiento; cook just until mixture is hot, stirring frequently.

4Sprinkle with sesame seed. Serve immediately. I serve this over rice. It is so good.. Enjoy!
