Ingredients For sesame pork tenderloin fingers
- MARINADE

1/4 clight soy sauce

1/4 cdry white wine

1/4 ccanola oil
-
1 Tbspminced green onion
-
1 cloveminced garlic
-
1 tspground ginger
-
1/2 tspground pepper
- MEAT
-
2 lbpork tenderloin (fat removed)
- COATING
-
1 jarsesame seeds (1.87 oz)

1/3 cdry bread crumbs
- DIPPING SAUCE
-
1 csweet & sour sauce (i use kraft)

1/2 cthick & chunky salsa
How To Make sesame pork tenderloin fingers

1Combine marinade ingredients. Slice tenderloin to 1" pieces. Pound to 1/4" thickness. Cut into 1/4 strips. Add tenderloin to marinade. Cover bowl. Refrigerate 2-3 hours or overnight.

2In small bowl, combine coating ingredients. Roll meat strips in seed mixture. Place flat on lightly sprayed broiler pan. ( I layer pan with non stick aluminum foil) Broil meat 8-10 minutes, approx. 3-4" from the heat. Turn occasionally as needed. (watch carefully, will burn easily)

3Combine dipping sauce ingredients. Can place meat on skewer.
