3 Tbspolive oil

2 Tbspsoy sauce

2 Tbspplus 1 tsp sesame oil

1 Tbspgrated ginger

1lime, zested and juiced (about 1 tsp zest and 2 tbsp juice)

1 bag16 oz frozen broccoli florets

1 lbboneless pork loin roast, cut into 3/4-in thick chops

white pepper
-
sweet asian chili sauce

3 ccooked jasmine brown rice
How To Make sesame-ginger pork roast chops & broccoli

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Prepare rice according to package directions.

2Spray a 9x13x2-in pan with cooking spray.

3In a small bowl, whisk the olive oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, lime zest and juice, and the ginger; season the dressing with pepper.

4Dip pork in dressing and place in the center of pan. Pour broccoli florets around chops and pour remaining dressing over broccoli.

5Bake for about 20 minutes or until pork is no longer pink inside.

6Serve with sweet Asian chili sauce and Jasmine brown rice.
