Ingredients For scandanavian-style meat loaf & gravy

1 can4-oz can mushroom stems and pieces, drained and chopped fine

1/2 conion, minced

1/4 cfresh parsley, finely chopped

1 cfresh bread crumbs (approx. 2 slices)

2/3 cmilk

1egg
-
1 tspsalt

1/4 tspblack pepper

1/4 tspground allspice or nutmeg

1 lblean ground beef

1 lblean ground pork
-
1 pkg12-oz pkg. egg noodles, uncooked

1 jar12-oz. jar mushroom or beef gravy

2 Tbspmilk

1/4 csour cream
How To Make scandanavian-style meat loaf & gravy

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Finely chop mushrooms, onion - add parsley bread crumbs, milk, egg and seasonings in a large bowl. Mix well.

2Add meats to mixture and mix gently - do not over mix. Shape meat mixture into a loaf pan and bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes of until meat is cooked through (160 degrees). Remove and let stand 10 minutes.

3While cooking the meatloaf, cook noodles and drain. Heat gravy with milk in a saucepan over medium heat until hot. Remove from heat and in sour cream - mix thoroughly.

4Slice meatloaf into 8 slices and serve with noodles and gravy.
