The original recipe was from an Avon Cookbook I bought years ago. I've added my twist to it & everyone enjoys them whe I make them.

Ingredients For scalloped pork chops

6-8pork chops, boneless

2-3potatoes, medium

1onions, yellow, medium
-
2 cancream of mushroom soup
-
3 Tbspyellow mustard
-
1 tspmarjoram, dried

1 tspgarlic powder
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
1/2 tsppepper
How To Make scalloped pork chops

1Brown both sides of the pork chops in a skillet with a small amount of Olive Oil. Put the pork chops on a platter lined with paper towels.

2In a large mixing bowl, combine the soup, mustard, majoram, salt, pepper, garlic powder, 1 soup can of water.

3Peel potatoes & cut in circles.

4Peel onion & cut in circles.

5Put pork chops back in skillet; layer the onions over the pork chops; then layer the potatoes over the onions. Pour the soup mixture over the chops, onions, & potatoes.

6Cook on med/low until potatoes are done.

7Serve with a green salad or another side. Enjoy!
