4pork rib chops, each about 1 1/2-inches thick

4 tspcajun seasoning

1 tspfreshly ground pepper
- CARAMELIZED ONIONS:

4 cchopped sweet onions

2 Tbspolive oil

1 Tbspbrown sugar

2 Tbspbalsamic vinegar

1 Tbsplemon juice

1/4 tspsalt

1/4 tsppepper
How To Make savory pork chops with caramelized onions

1Sprinkle pork chops evenly with Cajun seasoning and pepper.

2Grill, covered with grill lid, over medium high heat (350°F to 400°F) 8 minutes on each side.

3Serve with Caramelized Onions.

4CARAMELIZED ONIONS: Cook onion in hot olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, stirring often, 10 to 12 minutes or until golden. Sprinkle with sugar, and cook 2 minutes. Add vinegar and next 3 ingredients, and cook 2 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
