A dear friend served this yummy quiche for our Christmas Brunch many years ago. It has become one of my favorites to serve for my guests, or for a family brunch.

Ingredients For sausage quiche

19 inch deep dish pie crust

11 lb. sage sausage

1/2 conion, chopped
-
1 1/2 cshredded sharp cheddar cheese

2 1/2 Tbspall purpose flour

2/3 cevaporated milk
-
3eggs
-
2 tspparsley flakes
How To Make sausage quiche

1Cook sausage and onion in frying pan until done. Drain. Do not overcook sausage or it will not be as good.

2In a separate bowl, combine cheese and flour. Then combine with sausage/onion mixture. Spread in pie shell.

3Beat eggs, milk and parsley flakes together and pour over pie.

4Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until set and golden brown.
