This is my mothers favorite thing to make and the whole family will eat all of this. My little Jack Russell Tinker must have just a little bit and loves the kraut as well. I love to make this any time of the year and in the fall I will peel an apple or two and add them to it to give it a different twist. I hope you will try this and enjoy it as much as we do.

  • 1 pkg
    italian sausage, sweet
  • 1 pkg
    brautwurst sausage
  • 1 pkg
    sauerkraut
  • 6 lg
    potatos (red) quartered
  • 1/2 c
    water

How To Make sausage,potatos and sauerkraut dinner

    Cut sausages both kinds into 1/2 inch pieces, place in the bottom of the crockpot, place bag of sauerkraut on top of sausages, place quartered potatos on top of sauerkraut, add 1/2 cup of water, cover and turn on high for 5-6 hours. Serve with a nice salad and enjoy.
