Ingredients For sausage gravy and biscuits

1 lbpork sausage

1/2 call purpose flour

4 cmilk

salt and pepper to taste

can of prepared biscuits (if you want)
How To Make sausage gravy and biscuits

1Crumble and brown the sausage in a deep skillet.

2Stir in the flour until it is dissolved

3Gradually add the milk. Cook until thick and bubbly. (I like to add my milk about 1 cup - 2 cups at a time.

4salt and pepper to taste!

5SIDE NOTE: you can use 1/2 lb sausage 1/4 c flour and 2 cups milk if you need a smaller portion
